My Boro Membership issues

I cannot stress enough please email/phone the ticket office if you have any problems. Many of us know Hazel.and the team in the Ticket Office for many years of dedicated service. They are all Boro fans and try their hardest to look after fellow fans so please contact them if you have issues with the new Membership scheme or Digital Ticketing etc and they will do their best to help you.

I just bought one

If this helps - I had to log in and log out of the ticket website for the download link to appear.
 
Did these issues get solved? Am about to dive in for a ticket for Saturday but wouldn't mind knowing I'll get to the end with a digital ticket I can use.
