My Boro Membership issues

So I have just paid my £15 and signed up for the 'digital' version of this. The 10 priority points have been allocated straight away so no issues there. I've gone to purchase tickets for the Stoke game just to make sure it takes the £1 discount off and also the £1.50 booking charge. It doesn't come off. I've changed the purchaser to 'Adult member' and still no joy. Is anyone else having these issues?

I'm not getting the £1 discount, adult & adult membership coming up as the same price. There's no booking fee though.

I'm not getting the link to download the membership card to my phone wallet either.

I'm not getting the download link either. So as it stands I've paid £15 for 10 priority points 🤣 . Good old Boro.
 
The football club is working on the issues with the ticketing software company,Seatgeek.
How's that for a speedy response?
 
Surly you should pay the booking fee if your got the physical card and the tickets are still being posted to you. I understand with digital you just use the card like with digital season tickets to get in.
 
I think you get a physical card like the season tickets and the individual games are just loaded on to it without any printing and posting like with cup games for season ticket holders.
 
The zero booking fee is only for the digital membership. So no actual card and your membership is logged on your phone digital wallet. And then digital tickets stored in your wallet. This is all for home tickets.

If a member bought away tickets then the booking fee would still apply as they'd still be physical tickets needing sending.

So the ST holders can calm down in case they think they are getting seen off.
 
The £1 discount is coming off now however there is still no download link for the digital card. I've followed the step by step instructions they've sent via email and when you select the + next to the membership details there should be a download link but it's not there. Wish I hadn't bothered getting the membership I should've known it wouldn't be straightforward. Do they not test these things before they make them available??

The download link was there for me and it worked fine. Which is surprising as I've got a rubbish phone.

I have the same issue, the membership is there but no download link.
 
Just an update on this. The download link has finally appeared so I now have the membership card in my google wallet. Unfortunately now when I go to process a ticket purchase and select assign owner and then the adult membership option I just get a message which states 'an internal error has occured on the server'.
