We've apparently hired Chris Jones from Crystal Palace.
Good that there's still work being done on our recruitment department, as it clearly needs improvements.

Someone else for the best manager in the Championship to disagree with.
Q 1)
Who else at the club does Wilder disagree with?
Q2)
In response to your answers to Q 1, How do you know? Just guesswork? Baseless rumours on here?
As an aside. In every job I’ve done I’ve disagreed with various people, in roles above, equal to, and below mine in the hierarchy. We’ve still been able to work productively and effectively and maintain good professional relationships. I’m sure the same can be said for football club hierarchies.
I don’t actually think it’s such a big deal for people to disagree about some stuff, so long as they are on the same page broadly/ bigger picture wise. I’d expect it, even.
Spent it all on 2 forwards - 1 playing for the reserves and 1 getting cameos from the benchWent for the interview but turned it down...
Money wasn't very good
Agree, a bit after the horse has bolted and smacks of desperately throwing the kitchen sink at it, I wonder if there has been a fall guy in all of this. Why not sooner?
Given we bid 5 million for Greaves and 7 million + for Larsen, on top of the money spent for Hoppe and Forss, I don’t think it was half his budget. I also don’t think it’s completely unreasonable for the club to be buying potential while still trying to buy the strikers Wilder wanted. (Muniz, Larsen, Riis).Q1 - whoever spent half his budget on a couple of strikers he doesn’t want, presumably!
Perfect timing to end our search for head of scouting, a couple of weeks after the transfer window has shut.
How long have we been looking? Did his signing drift?
