Micah Richards is a dreadful pundit

Offers nothing other than inarticulate, stunted, obvious analysis. Painful to listen to. He's got a daft laugh though so that means he's brilliant in some peoples' eyes.

Redknapp isn't much better either, the c_ockney gob$hite.
Redknapp = Big club bum licker.

I know I'm in the minority, but I like Micah and I like Clinton Morrison. I have my own opinions when I watch football so to me the pundit is there to offer entertainment and Clinton and Micah both do this.
I like Clinton but Michal is just dreadful

I like Micah Richards. I think he has some clever ideas. Clinton Morrison is cringeworthy though.

I like Clinton on the radio but not fussed on him doing Soccer Saturday.

Micah is there for the videos to be posted on Twitter and get thousands of views.

Keane is the best at analysing around, he schools Neville and Carragher who think they’re untouchable.

Both are bloody dreadful, neither are articulate at all , one laughs like a fool & the other gives it being a geezer or gangsta . Gary Neville or Keane?/Souness offers a good insight as a pundit , but Richards laughs etc & offers a conversation of a barfly , each to their own i suppose !

Re Morrison and Richards - I’m beginning to think i’m getting old and sky/bbc are simply employing these dreadful pundits to appeal to the yoof. I’m only 50.

I'm 72 and Clinton Morrison and Micah Richards are a breath of fresh air compared to the old guard. Jermaine Jenas and Ian Wright and Martin Keown v good too. Carragher, Souness, Keane, Redknapp, Warnock (Stephen), Beglin and Neville are past their sell by date

I like Clinton Morrison, he's got a strong accent, so what ! That's how he was brought up. It's a bit rich judging him for how he talks from Teessiders FFS 👎

I quite like Clinton — not just because of his of obvious cheeky character but also he comes over as honest. Micah meanwhile tends to be more or less predictable and while his opinion is sometimes unbiased I tend to think he’s more bothered about his image than anything else.

Most of the pundits are a waste of time and money. I watch the footy highlights on catch up and just fast forward through the pundit bits.
They are all just overpaid gobshytes and have a good laugh deciding who will put the for/against arguments. We are being conned folks.

You get better punditry on here

Found it strange when the likes of Hanson / Lineker / Andy Gray etc opted to be pundits instead of managers. But I wonder how long those would have lasted as managers.
Those who can do - those who cant sit in a bbc studio earning 10 times the amount. Or if you equate it to hours worked more like 100 times.

Through a complete wobble on radio 5 a few weeks back when someone pronounced his name wrong and had to be calmed down by the moderator.

Steady..... I posted similar on twitter weeks ago and received 2 comments calling me a racist😕

The fact I said in the same post that I didn't like Souness (saying he's out dated) seemed to pass them by.

Clinton Morrison and Paul Merson are absolutely terrible on Soccer Saturday. I don't mind Micah Richards but he's hardly good. Neville is easily the best on Sky.

I actually think Joe Cole is pretty good on BT Sport, along with Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves.

Overall though football pundits are pretty rubbish.

The punditry off our football has turned into a mini entertainment industry in its own right. It's mainly a load of ****, lowest common denominator, candy floss for the Sky generation. Anyone who wants real insight into the sport is wasting their time watching.

To be honest, don't really think we need a presenter, 3 pundits and 2 commentators to understand what we're watching and Glenn Hoddle does my head in.
