Well in a manner of speaking yes because they're usually a few hundred quid to a grand plus depending how much work goes in plus it seems like a requirement to have a multicoloured electric fireplace built in below the tv
I don't mind tvs on walls, and agree it looks better than sat on something. But "media walls" are a specific thing people are having built and businesses are springing up to supply

Ergonomically, the centre of your tv should be about 42 inches from the ground so that the centre of the tv is roughly straight ahead
It can still be mounted at that height, and can still fit in centr channel for surround systems if people don't want a sound bar.
new bigger tv can be mounted and should maintain the same centre. Cables easy to hide
