I haven't seen the decision but isn't that jobsworth job? If he misses it then he gets it in the neck from PSG, he gives it and he gets it from Newcastle.

There is no reference in the laws regarding hitting another part of the body first meaning a hand ball infringment can't be given, from what I remember.

Yes this. I doubt it would ever be given in premier league but it's not the same for some reason in Europe
