Absolute madness to sell him. Even if he's not a nailed on starter. He has a decent knack of getting goals.

His goals per games is superb. Also the fact he cost us 1mil and won't be remotely one of our highest earners.

How much will we get for him? I presume to another champo side. So money back at best. I can think of many I'd rather have out of the door. Then again he's maybe been told his starts will be limited. So will maybe one to move and more game time.

A terrific signing. To think we paid 7mil for the likes of Fletcher / Rudy and Saville. To get Crooks for 1mil was amazing business 👍
 
When it was all pear shaped at the beginning of the season , I was super confident that if you could start crooks for 40 games .
He'd give you 8 goals , the same in assists , and is a defensive asset too.
He's not on silly wages , and a model pro.

Unless he actively wanted a move , it'd be madness to sell him in the next two years

Pretty much has been a nailed on starter this season though tbh, started 20 out of 27 games he's been available for, and been one of our more important players this season, all told.

Yes I agree. Only sell if he wants it. Otherwise keep him at the club. Good player
 
He's a good option to have in the squad but having Crooks as our number 10 (and Akpom replacement) is a massive negative. He has some great moments and he has a knack of getting in the right place to contribute goals and assists but overall I don't think we are going to get promoted with him as our first choice number 10.

He's the best option we currently have but he shouldn't be. That's a massive failure by the recruitment team.
 
Since the stint where he had a few bad games at the start of the season and fans got on his back abit, I dont think he looks happy.
 
He has been talked about, recently, as the best player in the world. Why would we sell, unless Real Madrid come knocking.

I sort of disagree but agree ..
Agree he's not a top two in champ / bottom end prem starter in all likelihood .
But neither is Rodgers currently..
Both are 5th to 10th championship players right now.

He's the perfect role model for Rodgers, as they are built similarly, to how to ' also ' use you physicality, and defensive responsibility/ ' learning the league '

I could also see him moving further back as a utility player squad player potentially, much like Howson can .
