Basically thisA walking ego with a massively overinflated view of his own self importance
Hypocrite
Tax Avoider
Decent driver in the best car - put him in a Williams and he'd be just another driver in the pack
Not fit to be mentioned in the same breath as Senna, Schumacher etc
it's funnier how the better you are at a sport the luckier you seem to be. Why is he not in the same league as the others?Basically this
my issue with Lewis is yes he’s good but he’s also been incredibly lucky as well.
look at interlsgos massa had the world title in his pocket then Timo glock had the issue on the last lap to gift Lewis the win.
Yes he’s good but not in the same league as the others.
I’d love to see him join Ferrari to try and turn them around as he’s always been right place right time.
Not really as Mercedes took off just as mclaren went down hill. That’s opportunistic if nothing else. So you don’t deny he would have won what he did has he stayed at mclaren ?it's funnier how the better you are at a sport the luckier you seem to be. Why is he not in the same league as the others?
Shame about the tax avoidance - whilst football players were taking pay cuts and donating money during the crisis what did Lewis Hamilton do in the tax haven of Monaco?
I’d love to see him join Ferrari to try and turn them around as he’s always been right place right time.
so you're assuming he did nothing, or does nothing for charitable causes, due to lack of knowledge or investigation?
I think there was quite a bit of disbelief when he decided to leave McLaren for Mercedes but he can't be described as opportunistic because Merc weren't pulling up any trees at the time and didn't look capable in the future.Notv

Funny, I remember the state Mercedes were in when he took the risk and joined them. I believe they had a guy called Schumacher driving for them too just before that? So Schumacher, who is in the a different league to Hamilton according to you, struggled in the car, whereas Hamilton turned it around and now the dominate?Notv

Lucky?
Continue trying to play down his achievements though.
sorry, looked like a statement.I'm not assuming anything - I asked the question that's all.
