What difference does it make? The same problems still exist. We can’t just ignore that because it happened last seasonJanuary was last season!

A big problem we had last season was not having cover for Fry and Dijksteel. What difference does it make? The same problems still exist. We can’t just ignore that because it happened last season
That's fine in principal but who's to say that man is avaliable, or even if the club know who it is?Go for a manager who will be here long term and can actually work with these players. And do it ASAP before we waste another season
Why are you utterly discounting his results since January though Newy?I was watching yes, I saw us winning 0-1 at half time. I saw Josh Coburn make his first full debut for an injured Ikpeazu. I saw Tavernier move into the middle to cover for an Injured Martin Payero. I saw Dijksteel back from injury playing in a back three. I saw Sol Bamba make his 9th league appearance this season (702 minutes) after only managing 24 minutes at the start of last season with Cardiff.. 99 minutes the season before that
I saw us lose a game and drop 3 points away from the play off positions after only 16 games. Was I happy about it? No
Did I kick and scream, throw a tantrum, wet the bed and take to social media and message boards to call for my teams manager to be sacked?
Certainly not.. only divvies do that.
But even in play off seasons you get flogged by crap teams. That's the nature of the Championship and if you don't know that, your head must have been in the sand for the last 10 years. The expectation is at a level where we don't ship two goals at home to Birmingham and not lay a glove on them all game.
Or where we don't capitulate to and get bullied by a Luton team by conceding 3 goals in 5 minutes.
We are 14th in the league and it simply isn't working and hasn't for some time now.
So you'd be saying the same if we had only 3 more points and were 6th? I don't think so, we'd be on target for the season so you'd be surely laughed out of the argument. That is the margins we are talking about - 3 solitary points - at the moment and some people are saying sack him. Honestly ludicrous.Look at our form since January, look at our performances. This isn’t about our position in the league
But he is fairly near it,now. Fair enough not to have confidence but he's got to be given the chance.I have to take issue with the view that all critics of Warnock are critical because they don't like him, or his personality.
I actually do like him overall and respect what he has done in the game.
I also believe he has been very unlucky with defensive injuries this season.
But he has been all over the place with his selections and decisions at times this season. It is simply odd not to have a criticism of him, or to group everyone being critical of him as "bed wetting" spoilt brats.
I would absolutely love him to drive us to the playoffs and promotion and I have anything but an agenda against him. I just simply don't have confidence he will get anywhere near it.
Of course I would, we could have won against Birmingham and probably ended up 6th, but there is 5 points between 5th and 14th, so as I said the league means nothing at this stage. If we’re 3 points off 6th 30 games in you might have a pointSo you'd be saying the same if we had only 3 more points and were 6th? If you're calling for our manager's head when we're around 6th position then I don't know what to say. Other than what on Earth more could you expect. We've never had a hope of automatic this season.Of course I would, we could have won against Birmingham and probably ended up 6th, but there is 5 points between 5th and 14th, so as I said the league means nothing at this stage. Our form this year is shocking, and our performances against any half decent side is also shocking. And we also aren’t improving and arguably getting worse in most games
I’m not lumping last years results in with this seasons.. it doesn’t make sense. I’m not say the fitness levels of NML or Bolasie were a stroke of bad luck.. I’m saying we gambled on them because they are all we could afford and it didn’t pay off. Chances are it wouldn’t have anyway with Fry and Dijksteel being injured. Why are you utterly discounting his results since January though Newy?
Since he started getting in his favoured forward players in and setting the team up how he wanted us to more often, we have got worse and worse.
You throw away the fitness levels/up to speed-ness of NML & Bolasie like some stroke of bad luck. He chose to sign them and play them, and dropped Johnson who had been very effective in the earlier part of the season to do so. He sent our two wing backs out on loan and released the other, but still regularly plays with wingbacks, even when Bola and Dijksteel have been available.
We capitulated at the end of season and may as well not bothered fulfilling fixtures for the last moth, he didn't try out any youngsters or seemingly think we were doing much wrong.
How many games have we won/lost/drawn from January when started his squad re-shaping?
At what point is enough enough for you?
If we go till the end of the season never beating anyone above us, looking unfit, regularly conceding daft goals and finish 16th and he walks out the door with a demoralised unfit squad is that a success and we start again?
What have we got to lose? I assume Scott and Gibbo pretty much know a short list of three or so who we want. What do MFC get out of the Neil Warnock retirement tour / Talksport talking point roadshow in six months time?
The answer is nothing, he's massively underachieving with the squad we have available, we seem to have poor fitness, shape, organisation, set plays, possession, goals for & against and I can't really remember a year where we have had so many first teasers consistently injured.
THIS YEAR!!!!!Of course I would, we could have won against Birmingham and probably ended up 6th, but there is 5 points between 5th and 14th, so as I said the league means nothing at this stage. If we’re 3 points off 6th 30 games in you might have a point

He has had the chance, it's his squad and he picks the team. But he is fairly near it,now. Fair enough not to have confidence but he's got to be given the chance.
were currently 14th......, as I said the league means absolutely nothing at all at this stage anyway. Coventry are 4th, Huddersfield are 6th. Do you think this is representative? If you're calling for our manager's head when we're around 6th position then I don't know what to say. Other than what on Earth more could you expect. He’s retiring in the summer so all the Doyle’s want rid of him now. Truth.Ok let me put this another way it’s not about getting the boot it’s about not hanging on to a failing manager that is going to retire in the summer anyway.
so all those backing our boss HES GOONG SOON ANYWAY.
so I’d rather we did this on our terms and not be left high and dry in the summer.
I want rid as he’s fecking clueless mateHe’s retiring in the summer so all the Doyle’s want rid of him now. Truth.
Ok then let’s just ignore the problems we had last season under the same manager which have continued into this seasonTHIS YEAR!!!!!
The season doesn’t run over a callander year!!
Are we going to start bemoaning NML’s lack of fitness this season? Britt’s lack of effort? Betinelli’s howlers? Spence, Coulson, Johnson, Morsy, Wing, Saville, Fletcher, Akpom..
No because we can’t, because they are not playing for us this season!!!!!
How many things are folks gonna keep rolling this tosh out?
Yes he is indeed. But How would we be left high and dry when the summer is the best time to plan and re-adjust? Indeed it's the only good time to re-adjust.Ok let me put this another way it’s not about getting the boot it’s about not hanging on to a failing manager that is going to retire in the summer anyway.

Fine with me, I'm ok with being 3 points behind them at this stage.were currently 14th......, as I said the league means absolutely nothing at all at this stage anyway. Coventry are 4th, Huddersfield are 6th. Do you think this is representative?
