We were looking up. But two incredibly abject performances have highlighted just how bad we are, and we are no longer looking up. 3 wins against really poor sides doesn't make a season, it is how you follow them up. Unfortunately we weren't able to do anything other than roll over.

If you're calling for our manager's head when we're around 6th position then I don't know what to say. Other than what on Earth more could you expect. We've never had a hope of automatic this season.

I may be wrong to suggest this but if Woodgate had posted that then I dare say you’d be mocking him for it. We are 14th. You’d have to go onto the second page of our table’s Teletext page to find us.

If Warnock stays - and it looks like he will see the season out - then we’re probably going to finish around where we are now IMO. I think the Steve Gibson of old would be very disappointed with what’s been happening on the field this calendar year and maybe taken some action before now. Two dozen players in just over a year and still the manager complains, still can’t set the team up properly. The ref though, eh. Dear me.

It’s very sad to see the Boro seemingly happy to tread water in the second tier like this.

If Lumley is back in goal then what does that say to Daniels?

There doesn't seem much between the two of them (apart from Daniels distribution is not that of an old lady) but it would hardly help develop any relationships or team spirit.

Rubbish, we've had massive injury problems.and foreign players adjusting. He's bringing youngsters through into the first team to boot and we are still in touching distance of the play offs. Can't think of anyone else I would rather have in charge.....

I'd rather have the dream team of newyddion,, yourself and BL but Warnock would be my second choice.
