But VAR was never going to overturn it (clear and obvious etc).

Equally if red hadn’t of given it, I think VAR would have told ref to have a look and then he’d have given it.

Keepers elbow hits Jota's instep as he goes past.

There are no two or three further steps before he goes down. That's nonsense.

He could probably have stayed on his feet mind and he makes sure he goes down once he feels the contact.

The fact there is contact pretty much means var can't over turn it.
