The camels have had enough, far to many getting treated poorly and how many last straws will there be

Because Johnson was given such a huge majority that he has removed any internal opposition within his party, what is left is a cabal of self interest. So those attending knew that that Johnson was the power in the party and the government so they said nothing. Now that power is slipping from him this stuff will come out. This might not be the one that finishes him but there will be plenty more to come out. If this happened in May other stuff will have happened since. You will know when the first "Stalking Horse" emerges. Knives are being sharpened in Tory HQ.

THIS. I can sort of understand that the whole Johnson cabal could hush it up but the police?

so I do think he was ill as the nhs staff that cared for him wouldn’t have gone along with any charade.

Yes the weather was lovely in that Month. I remember it well having the same argument with my eldest daughter every morning that we couldn't go to the park as it was shut, we couldn't go to the beach because it was too far away, we couldn't have a picnic with her friends she had just started making as they were banned too.

I've a feeling we are on the edge of unrest and violence. Let's see what January 26th brings.

I guess when they turned up at the gates they would have all said to the police that they were there to work. With 24 cans, 2 bottles of wine and mega block of Cathedral City.

Well “Deltacron“ has already been proven to be a false dawn, as it was apparently due to contamination in the lab.

There will be something else coming though, that’s for sure.

Agree about Hunt. Compared to Johnson he'd be positively statesman-like whereas he was pretty much a joke under Cameron. That's how far we've fallen.

Hunt looks and acts like people expect "traditional" politicians to act. If he won the leadership that might be enough to convince people he's different enough from the Johnson circus and they can vote Tory again.

As a "ruddy remoaner" though he's probably up against it with the party membership for the time being. Hopefully.

Mind turnover is quite high in that sort of role, so imagine quite a few will since have moved on. Might be they felt restrained by official secrets act/confidentiality agreements etc.
