Plus he clearly lied in his police interview and continues to lie to this day claiming the photo the police found of him wearing the balaclava pointing the gun at the camera wasn't him. His eyes were and continue to be so distinctive that the person in the picture is so clearly him.

I think there was some areas of the evidence that would need some elaboration, such as the gunshot residue and why it was discredited.

There will also potentially be information that the police have the benefit of that never made the public arena or even the trial.

In any case its sad that justice wasn't served for her or her family.

Edit; I'd also add that it definitely didn't have the hallmarks of a 'professional' killing, given it was a recommissioned weapon and home made rounds.

The fact she bruising to her upper arm suggests someone took hold of her and she was only shot once in the temple. To me, on that limited information at least, suggests someone wad trying to restrain her, for whatever reason, before she was shot.

I’d imagine his legal team told him not to do that. He may well have been keen to take the stand. Who knows?

The prosecution concluded that he has all kinds of personality issues and weaknesses. If that were indeed true, I would imagine that his defence would not want him anywhere near the stand for that reason.

I know a little bit about this, plus a watched the Netflix documentary and nothing I've seen has persuaded me it wasn't George.

A sex offender and fantasist with an obsession for guns and celebrities.

I actually think it may have been opportunist, rather than planned, but sadly it's unlikely the truth will ever be known.

Apologies my friend, wasn't trying to make it descend into a thread about Barry Scott, just a couple of videos in response to the other chap. I was jesting about the rumor.. He is still around indeed, fighting fit I hope.

Probably on a rollercoaster somewhere, or zooming through a big long pipe at a theme park practicing his next commercial.

It is bad taste and childish I will admit, so I am probably going to Hell.
