I’m amazed so many were quick to write him off last season. At one point under Wilder he was unplayable.

Very happy to see him returning to his best. He can only be a massive asset to us when in his current form

Excellent tackle so was the one he got booked for. When he puts the energy in to be goal side hes a really good defender.

As u say that tackle was massive get ot wrong and its a penalty or their lad gets his pass off. Superb

MOTM today - deservedly so. He was also my MOTM in the last game, but we all got carried away with a solid non disaster from our left back and gave it to him instead.

Before his assist for Crooks he was in an almost identical position but he put in a poor ball that was easily defended.

The second time, when he got the assist, he took that extra touch that was needed so he could look up and pick out his man.

Needs to do that more often because he gets in brilliant positions but often rushes the cross.
