It may surprise you to know that I worked my 'nads off for decades to get where I am today. Happy enough to pay more in tax if that means that people who are at the bottom of the ladder get a better quality of life. We're one of the richest countries in the world. No one should be struggling or living on the streets. Try doing a bit of research. Educate yourself you selfish ****.

But it was about how Cameron made the claim Labour were handing out benefits and he would cut payments

The studies showed that after austerity more money is being paid out in benefits and his entire claim was wrong and his policy was a financial disaster that had economic and social consequences

Plus you're paying more tax for the extra debt they created

Nobody foresaw that austerity would be a disaster and increase debt and payment except for the pesky far left.....

You're paying more tax now. Ask yourself who's been in charge the last few years?

And what if your opinion is that being poor is a choice? Poor people either don’t work hard enough to earn sufficiently or spend above their capabilities. Do we just dismiss this as a valid view?

Part of the joy of being ‘relatively’ well off is knowing that you can live a lifestyle that the vast majority can’t. It makes you feel good.

You work hard to earn as much as you can so you can feel better than everyone else? But it’s all in your head though. Nobody wants to be like you if that is what you’re like. You clearly have low self esteem if you feel like that. People probably feel sorry for you if anything.
