Immunisation Cards

No, because HIV isn't a highly infectious contagion that has spread through communities across the globe and forced entire countries into lockdowns which have crippled economies worldwide resulting in mass unemployment, mental health issues, unprecedented pressure on health care...I could go on

I think you'd have to accept you've drawn a very poor comparison here in your case against Covid passports and you and I have previously accepted we will never share the same views on this topic
He’s sulking now, he’s taken his “point” home with him now! I just thought he was “pointless” all along!

I think Laughing may be misunderstanding what some of us are advocating and perhaps he thinks we are in favour of data misuse or that a Covid passport is an open door to all aspects of our medical records and other personal information. It is neither of those things from my perspective and there is no evidence that a covid passport would lead to anything that doesn't already exist in terms of what any govt or any other organisation already knows about our daily lives. I just don't see it as any infringement on my rights or freedoms. In fact the opposite is true in so far as what I advocate is a means to and end to allow us to return to greater freedoms than we can currently experience and being asked to prove immunity is no different to proving age, legality to drive, immunisation against other diseases, nationality, etc. within the confines of circumstances in which providing that information is legally required and failure to comply leads to negative consequences for any individual who fails to comply

If he thinks some of us are missing the point, it can only be because he's not getting what we're driving at so thinks we are missing his point where in actual fact he is missing the points others are making

The picture will become clearer as we move forward. Mostly we are just speculating.

Some countries will have tougher rules than others. Some businesses will want to see some proof of vaccination before using their services, though I seriously doubt this last one.

We are all free to choose how we deal with those limitations of and when they come along.
As things progress, It is about people being able to move around with more freedom and business being able to make informed decisions about who they will have to test amongst other things.

Artie I get your point entirely, I just don't agree with your interpretation of what a vaccine certificate actually means in terms of data privacy.
