I wonder who's miffed in the dressing room...

I reckon there must be quite a lot of rumbling in there at the moment.

McGree - top player last season gets a couple of minutes a game must be upset and likely low morale
Barlaser - bought in 'dream move' left to hero worship and top assister in the championship, must be seething
Jones - Getting left out in the cold, losing his place to Silvera/Rogers/Forss despite showing an up turn in form and having been through so much, must be depressed
Coburn - Scores Goals out on loan, told he's being kept at the 11th hour because he's in the plans, must feel like his time is done.
Forss - Pushed wide right despite feeling like a striker and seeing our striker miss chance after chance
Engel - must be worried about his future after Banguera comes in behind him.
Glover - Comes from being number 1 in a beautiful city signs and then the same day another keeper signs
Rogers - Signs openly says he doesn't play as striker as he can't shoot, gets played there takes stick and then gets pushed into a few positions, then we sign a random on loan behind him and he's out of the team.
McNair - Dropped from NI team, dropped from Boro team, seeing his career come to a massive stall.

I use hyperbole but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not a good place to turn up to work at the moment.

It appears it got as far as the pitch at one point today. When our Captain is seen during an injury stoppage gesticulating face to face with our Manager it suggests that an experienced player is trying to get a point across about what we are doing. We don't kno what he was saying but it's tempting to suggest he had a different view. Interesting that the Gazette player scores for O'Brien include the comment - "but fell victim to an experiment gone wrong for Michael Carrick." Ouch.

If he’s fit he should be starting
Barlaser - bought in 'dream move' left to hero worship and top assister in the championship, must be seething
He’s not up to scratch.. big fish in a little pond at Rotherham.. too slow at the top end
Jones - Getting left out in the cold, losing his place
Another who I believe should be starting.. at right wing back.
to Silvera/Rogers/Forss despite showing an up turn in form and having been through so much, must be depressed
Silvera & Rogers have jumped the queue.. perhaps out of necessity?
Coburn - Scores Goals out on loan, told he's being kept at the 11th hour because he's in the plans, must feel like his time is done.
Need to take his chances.. he’s a boro player and if he wants to be a boro player he needs to come up with the goods when he gets on the pitch.
Forss - Pushed wide right despite feeling like a striker and seeing our striker miss chance after chance
Did well out wide.. really well. Shades of Bamford under Karanka?
Engel - must be worried about his future after Banguera comes in behind him.
Picked up a knock today.. he can’t expect to be our one and only left back at the club.
Glover - Comes from being number 1 in a beautiful city signs and then the same day another keeper signs
Hmm.. methinks he’ll get his chance.
Rogers - Signs openly says he doesn't play as striker as he can't shoot, gets played there takes stick and then gets pushed into a few positions, then we sign a random on loan behind him and he's out of the team.
Looks promising.. but he’s not the finished article.. see Coburn
McNair - Dropped from NI team, dropped from Boro team, seeing his career come to a massive stall.
The moral of the story is.. don’t be shyte. Personally think we should have shipped him out.. injuries to Smith and Dijksteel seem to have prevented that from happening.
I use hyperbole but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not a good place to turn up to work at the moment.
Must be tough spinning plates, making sacrifices, making the big decisions.. throwing players in at the deep end.. tough job for a young manager and a relatively inexperienced backroom staff.

bit harsh. I can probably count on one hand how many minutes he’s had this season.
It’s harsh.. but it’s a fact. He’s not been hard done to here. He was due to go out on loan to a lower level club to get game time.. that plan has changed and when he gets on the pitch he needs to be the man.. sink or swim.

I sound like some corny American soundbite guy.. but it’s a fact. THIS is his chance.

If he went out on loan and we had got say an Archer or a Cannon and then got promoted.. chances are he wouldn’t have played for boro again.

Get on the blower to Akpom.. take the magic potion, rub the magic lamp, study the vhs videos.. whatever it takes.

Scott alluded to wilder and warnock not buying in to there philosophy, it looks from the outside that neither is the current coaches

The body language of the players says a lot. Carrick is playing ball in interviews to stay positive, but I think behind the scenes all is not well.

The players look lethargic and after the international break there has been zero change

I agree with some supporters, carrick needs to shoulder some blame. We have a defence that is so inept it reminds me of park football

I get we didn’t replace the quality lost but the basics aren’t happening, this is why I think behind the scenes are, all is not well

Howson wants to concentrate on his own job before being concerned at others
