He does misplace a lot of passes because he is almost always trying something progressive.

33 chances created and 3 assissts in 11 games is pretty good.

If he starts putting the ball in the net again like he has proven he can at multiple levels over the last three years we arr laughing

His hospital pass in the first half nearly made us lose a goal too if it wasn't for Aylings wonderful defensive clearance off the line so he got away with one there.

Bizarrely after that we started to play and from that moment we were dominant and Azaz put on a real good performance. So that's good mental strength from him tbf.

Yeah.

Azaz plays a blind pass and Edmondson gets skinned like he isn't there - Ayling saves their blushes.

Both then go on to play great for the rest of the game.

I think I'm one of his biggest supporters on here but thought he was poor for the first 20 minutes, once he settled down he showed how classy he can be on the ball. Even when it's not going well he never hides, always shows for the ball and is always willing to try and make something happen even if it doesn't come off.

Totally agree with this.
I felt really bad for him in the first 20, and he made a mistake that nearly led to a goal which he would have been crucified for. Fine margins.

Still think he takes far too many touches, gets pushed off the ball too easily etc.

I really like Finn Azaz.

I don't. He screws up our formation. Yep an assist tonight but he is detrimental to the rest of our play. Love the 3pts but annoyed he will still be no 1 on the team sheet forever now!

Just discovered he got 9 A* at GCSE and speaks French and Spanish, so not only a Rolls Royce of a footballer, but an excellent role model for my son

I’ll admit I thought he needed to be taken out the starting line up not too long ago. His ability has always been pretty obvious but I just thought that we needed to mix things up a bit because we were coming away from too many games with a point or less. Obviously though I don’t know what I’m talking about because look at him go now! He’s a top player.

He has an immense eye for a pass. With a more powerful shot he’s easily have 5 goals this season already. Personally I think he was a bargain

I have been in the Finn Azaz fan club for quite a while. Although it's looking like I could of underestimated his goal/assist contributions this season!
