Almost nothing. Unless I happen to be in Morrisons and Innis and Gunn is on the shelf. Then I'm a raging alcoholic for a week.
Ditto, I have something to drink every night but no more than a couple of beers at a time. At the weekend you can add in a bottle of red drunk over 2 or 3 days. At one point 4 years back it ramped up to 3 beers a night plus a couple of bottles of wine a week, probably 60 units a week, too much.I will be honest and say that I drink every single night.
Way too much but I have Brands Hatch for a mind so the lesser of two evils.
I am working on my fitness and hope to stay off the drink at least a couple of nights a week some time in the future. But it aint happening soon
Had Lucky Saint on draught the other weekStill cannot understand why we don't have alco free on draft, been like it for years in certain parts of Spain.
Same here, wine pretty much every night without fail, about a bottle, have done so probably for 30 plus years. Ran a decent business and quite fit for my age (60) run at least 5k every other day, cycle, and gym the days I don’t run (mostly) all in all it’s hard to see any negative effects for me. Have an otherwise good (veggie) diet, had blood tests recently and LFT was fine. I like and enjoy the wine.I will be honest and say that I drink every single night.

Never really been a lager drinker myself, but the improved quality of alcohol free beers has certainly contributed to my reduction.
I rarely drank enough to be hungover, but I don't miss that feeling of being slightly jaded the day after a few.
The other thing that's really struck me since I cut down is how boring and bland the conversation of those who've had a few can be.
