I am the same. I'm pleased for people who have noticed a changed but after illness last year I got rid of all my lack of caffeine symptoms so want decaff for 5 months. Didn't notice a change other than my coffee shop coffee was worse quality. So slowly recaffeinatingThis thread has made me realise that even though I've cut down from about 5 or 6 cups a day to only one a day/two on Saturday (I drink water instead of coffee at work) I haven't noticed a difference
