Back in the day around 6 whilst at work.
Went to a leadership conference and, amongst other things, we discussed wellbeing.
Quite revolutionary in the 90’s.
The presenter asked this very question and it was clearly quite macho to have lots of coffees - ‘gotta be on it etc’.
he challenged us as to why we would need a stimulant and to give it up for a week to see what happened.
I did that and by day 3 was shaking and sweating. I kind of worked out this prob isn’t good.
From that day on - Rooibos Tea (naturally decaf) and a nice coffee experience occasionally - relying on my natural charm and wit to ‘get up for it’ :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
