How do you like your eggs

For a breakfast, scrambled. None stick pan, no butter required, low heat and constant stirring.

lunch - omelette, randomly topped with Tuna mayo and cucumber has been my flavour recently.

I can’t wait until we get the space to keep hens, it’s top of our priority list for our next house

2 poached most mornings with 2 slices of granery bread and pepper.

I have one of those poaching machines off amazon for £20. Its absolutely mint and gets them bang on every time using only a spoon or so of water.

II do like a fryed egg with a fryed breakfast or chips. Although it rare.

Toasted muffin spread with smashed avocado with hairs, drape over smoked salmon and place a poached egg (must be fresh) on top.

Right now I'm into egg and cress with mayo sarnie (well seasoned of course)

We gave our chickens away last year, but I did like the eggs from them. The yolks were more orange and taster better than shop bought eggs. Couldn't keep them out of the house during summer though. Litter buggers used to "drop a shoulder" to get past you on the doorstep.

"Drop a shoulder". Sounds like you didn't have your eye on the ball.

- Just remembered, I'm a big fan of huevos rancheros too.
