its illegal to be indoors with someone from a different household, therefore illegal to have sex with them, true.

However, it is only ‘guidance’ that you stay 2 metres apart in the garden. So technically it’s illegal to shag them in the house but you can shag them in the garden.

But you can still shag a prostitute indoors because she is there in her proffessional role. Though you cannot smoke in front of her after the sex.

I brought this up only because it was amusing. It is, obviously, an unintended consequence of a rushed bill that make the government look silly.
