Give each of them £500k upfront and they could live off that ad infinitum. With an average salary plus on costs of £30k that would mean he's wasted £900m.
Is that correct?
Great idea, ever thought of standing for mayor?Give each of them £500k upfront and they could live off that ad infinitum.
Just saved the tax payer £525 million.
It's not that you're a Tory it's that you're happy with Tory-lite and don't have any problem with a bloke that has lied to you 'cos his rosette is the right colour.According to the 'real' left wingers on this forum all us Starmer supporters may as well be Tories![]()
Ok, so you saying that £600k was well spent.Probably not. Ben. T. Houchen has had over £1.5 Billion of our money given to him so far. That's still nowhere near the amount of money taken off the 5 Councils that cover the area theTees Valley Mayor represents, over the last 12 years by the way. Since he was elected as Mayor, there has been a net loss of at least 16,500 jobs in the Tees Valley and that was using figures from over a year ago.
Not like Randy has ever criticised this government.According to the 'real' left wingers on this forum all us Starmer supporters may as well be Tories![]()
The very same Kwarteng although to be fair he and they were single at the time so he isn't a shagger like Johnsonis that the kwasi kwarteng that fooked both liz truss and amber rudd - asking for a player.
Well said. People need to realise that so called levelling up is a total con artist trick. The Tories are putting in a fraction of the money they've ideologically taken out of areas like Teesside. It's stuff like this that could make me really angry, but I choose not to be!Probably not. Ben. T. Houchen has had over £1.5 Billion of our money given to him so far. Cool thanks for that I was seriously worried for a while. It's not that you're a Tory
No, I'm not saying that. I think the figure of £600,000 out of £1,500,000,000 is probably too high and £600,000,000 is definitely too high in the well spent stakes.Ok, so you saying that £600k was well spent.
Fair enough.
There isn’t one person on this board who isn’t delighted when there’s some good news for Teesside, the problem is there’s a few ( yes Tory and/or Brexit supporters) who are desperate to amplify the smallest bit of good news to mean The Tories, Houchen or Brexit have been a roaring success for Teesside. So basically to those of us who’ve been having these debates for years the thread title might have well have said……ThePrisoner comments gets more thumbs up than the original good news comment.
Says a lot about some of the people on here.
I've posted numerous good news threads on here over a long period of time & will continue to do so, anything good happening on Teesside is always welcome, you can look at it anyway you chose, as others who have replied to my good news thread can, not sure why you have to think its t*t for tatThere isn’t one person on this board who isn’t delighted when there’s some good news for Teesside, the problem is there’s a few ( yes Tory and/or Brexit supporters) who are desperate to amplify the smallest bit of good news to mean The Tories, Houchen or Brexit have been a roaring success for Teesside. Could it be because your thread title was basically "Well done 2 Tory politicians".I've posted numerous good news threads on here over a long period of time & will continue to do so, anything good happening on Teesside is always welcome, you can look at it anyway you chose, as others who have replied to my good news thread can, not sure why you have to think its t*t for tat
