Goal scoring defenders at Boro

I've just been looking at the scoring charts this season in the league for us, McNair is the only defender to grab a goal so far. We have generally always had a defender who pops up now and again a grabs himself a few.

So who is your favorite goal scoring defender for boro over the years then?

Its got to be Ayala hasn't it!!
 
Ayala was very effective in the opposition box and you could always rely on him for a good few goals per season.

Ugo (rip) also got his fair share. Also French Franck. Riggott worth a mention for sticking 2 past the mackems at SOL in one of his first games and Steau.

Fry doesn’t seem to be able to time his attacking runs as well. Lenihan has looked a handful but no dice yet.
 
Ayala up there till he tossed his reputation away for a shot at premier league football. Didn't turn out too well.

Honourable mention for Chris Riggott from me. I remember him bagging a brace v decks, might even have been his debut(?) plus he scored in the memorable euro semi.
 
Good shout on french frank and Mogga. I had to Google to see how many goals Mogga actually scored for us and it was 28 in total, Ayala got 23.

I remember Ziege scoring a beauty away at Derby County (I think it was them anyway)
 
All the obvious ones have already been mentioned.

I don’t know why but this one always sticks out for me, not sure if it’s the quality of the header or the celebration. He was a bit mad Xavier wasn’t he?
