No one, even in his defeat he was giving Povetkin a pasting.Hopefully that might silence a few of the “Fury is overrated” brigade on here.
Who has ever made Whyte look that average?
Amazes me people proclaim Fury to be by far the best of this era but he has yet to fight AJ, Usyk, Whyte, Parker, Pulev, Ruiz, Joyce, Povetkin etc etc.
Wilder is overrated garbage. He too has avoided nearly every heavyweight of any substance. His best win was against Ortiz who has beaten absolutely nobody.
Fury's win against Klitschko win 8 years ago was outstanding. But he needs this fight to see how good he really is.
Usyk Fury is the only fight anyone should be interested in. Joshua would get the same treatment as Whyte.Posts like this are so daft, you saw tonight that Fury is absolutely levels above the majority of fighters on your list.
I've heard stuff like this for years that Fury hasn't beat people like Whyte, well look at that he barely had a glove laid on him.
this specific comment has aged like fine wine. Trust me Fury would not necessarily steam roller through that list.
Fury has people fooled & I'm honestly surprised people don't see through it, maybe it's the constant garbage he talks. His level of opponent has been poor and has got away with a couple of dodgy decisions. If you want to claim you're the best, you certainly need to beat the rest. At least Mayweather could back up all the crap he talked.
