Yeah the sic nations provided a little less predictability than the, presumably, dull as dishwater GP.Redbull 1-2 I didn’t see that coming
I'd disagree. It's so uncompetitive now it's simply boring and has zero entertainment value.Just putting this out there… IF Perez was up there with Verstappen I think the same points would be made about RB making it boring. The same attack lines would be drawn. People dislike RB and Horner - that’s all it is. If Hamilton was dominating by 250 odd points fans in the UK would love it.
BTW I am not saying anything is wrong with this view, they are all just opinions, but the criticism of F1 is so predictable but it has been pretty dull for years. The last time it was exciting was when the tyres were exploding.
Reliability is too good nowadays. The teams all follow the same strategies and there is no real gambling on strategy. Russell tries to mix it up now and again which is to be applauded, but the majority stick to the regular strategy.
The last race was a great example. The only teams to go rogue was RB saving a soft for the final spell. Why on earth do they even have the mediums either? No one used them on the race. Maybe they could do something with tyres to make it a bit more exciting?
We'll be lucky if we see 2 drivers win a race in the next 2 years.5 different drivers at least won a race that year. We won’t see 5 different drivers win for the next two full seasons
A bit like seeing Forss score, but Latte Lath also getting one too.Redbull 1-2 I didn’t see that coming
Just read about the K Mag thing. Good for two reason: helped his team mate get a rare point for Haas, and upset the other Red Bull lot!Well I watched it despite thinking I wouldn't. I really wanted to see how Bearman got on. Enjoyed the Lewis and Piastri sparring and Magnusun helping out his team mate but that was it. The race was over by the first corner. Don't think I will bother anymore untill it becomes more competitive.
RamadanIsn't it usually on a Sunday not a Saturday
I wonder if they've started to develop the car to suit Russell given he's going to be the long term future of Mercerdes and that's maybe what triggered Lewis to take the Ferrari option ..I really enjoyed the race, always love a Red Bull 1 & 2.
Bearman was impressive and there was dome good battles further down the field.
Hamilton finishes behind Russell again - I wonder if this will be the story of the season with these two? Has Lewis lost his edge??

I think this was also mentioned last season (more than once) but Lewis put 59 points between him and George finishing 3rd in the standings vs George's 8th place.Hamilton finishes behind Russell again - I wonder if this will be the story of the season with these two? Has Lewis lost his edge??

Bit early to be writing off Lewis.
