Mad this isn't it? The championship was won on the last race and there were only 5 points between the top two drivers? Yet you're trying to suggest that's the same as last year, where a driver won by, what 280 points?
Just putting this out there… IF Perez was up there with Verstappen I think the same points would be made about RB making it boring. The same attack lines would be drawn. People dislike RB and Horner - that’s all it is. If Hamilton was dominating by 250 odd points fans in the UK would love it.
BTW I am not saying anything is wrong with this view, they are all just opinions, but the criticism of F1 is so predictable but it has been pretty dull for years. The last time it was exciting was when the tyres were exploding.
Reliability is too good nowadays. The teams all follow the same strategies and there is no real gambling on strategy. Russell tries to mix it up now and again which is to be applauded, but the majority stick to the regular strategy.
The last race was a great example. The only teams to go rogue was RB saving a soft for the final spell. Why on earth do they even have the mediums either? No one used them on the race. Maybe they could do something with tyres to make it a bit more exciting?
