I like the idea of a red out badge and a white out sponsor on a white band.

Badge and sponsor being the same colour as the material of the shirt.

Absolutely. The best anniversary shirts imo are thr Olympiacos 100 year shirt and the Argentine 125 year shirt both of which have simple and clean designs
