A wet first practise and the Ferrari's are again looking strong.
I am not really convinced that the porpoising is the main problem but it's more to do with how quickly the aero re-attaches under braking. Just watch how the Ferrari manages to go round the corners after braking compared to the Merc'sWeirdly the Ferraris seem to be one of the worst sufferers of porpoising. How scary will they be if they get that right?
That's a fair point. they do seem to hook up as soon as they hit the brakes. I noticed that tooNot that I'm a conspiracy theorist but it's "interesting" that for 4 of the red flags they came out so quickly after the car went off. Yet the last one seemed to be delayed until the human error champion finished his lap.
Hmmm
To be fair Bottas didn't go off he parked up by a marshals post. The red flag came out after it became apparent that his car couldn't be moved to safety without mechanical assistance. Furthermore the car was well out of the way and not in as much danger as the previous incidents. Not that I'm a conspiracy theorist but it's "interesting" that for 4 of the red flags they came out so quickly after the car went off.
