Do you think we'll win against the Swiss?

1-1 aet then think we'll lose on pens. Nice and positive eh! ( really hope I'm wrong).
 
Of course England will beat the swiss. I can't recall the squid ever winning the tie, certainly not in recent years.

Even if an insipid slow England turn up they will still win.


I mean swiss not squid.
 
We have alot of quality and keep thinking at some point the team will click into gear?
So yes I think England will win...but just Hope Southgate has other strategies to win a game of football.
 
YES, Switzerland have played very well & their organisation, movement & team play has been impressive - however we have better attacking players & our defenders are good enough - esp if we drop Trippier (well past his best & just not up to it at left back ) & play maybe Gomez at our - very problematic Left Back area.. should have taken 2 fit left backs: Mitchell & Leif..

We just need to hit some form - & it's better to do that late than early... can we get to the final & peak v Spain as they hit the buffers !!

They were pretty average against Scotland to be honest.
 
It’ll be a close game but I think we will win. My heart will sink though when the lineup is announced if Southgate doesn’t make the needed changes.
