When I used to be a European tour guide, taking Americans round, introducing them to marmite on toast for breakfast was always one of my personal pleasures of the trips. If you go on utube there's quite a few videos of Americans trying British foods. A lot of them seem to have a big problem with beans on toast, crisp sandwiches, chip sandwiches and jaffa cakes!!
Or babies headsSh1t on a raft. Bet they don’t eat that either.

It’s alright out of a squirty can though isn’t it?I think the number one reason I could never live in America is the bright orange cheese.
Followed by gun crime and then lack of public healthcare.

We ended up buying the sugar free wholemeal stuff, nearest thing to a loaf of brown bread. No they don't. They think it's VERY weird (and finding decent beans to buck the trend....and to be honest, decent bread) is not easy!!!

They looked at me as if an alien from Mars had just landed
Yes to this.To me Branston baked beans are better than Heinz
I'm not sure they'd be available over there. I'm quite happy with Lidl and Aldi's own brands to be fair.To me Branston baked beans are better than Heinz
