Thought it would be a challange for him given their situation but this seems bizarre. They are 7th, outside the playoffs on goal difference, with a squad that has been thrown together.

They have approached Rotherham for permission to speak to Paul Warne who wasn't their biggest fan when they escaped the points deduction and Rotherham were relegated.

Its never Boring in Derby.

I’m surprised Warne would drop down, Rotherham are doing great.

£££ and it's to a bigger job, even in the division below.

He's been at Rotherham 6 years now, it's not like he's not stuck with them.

He's had 3 promotions from League One and 3 relegations from the Championship in that time, at least he's leaving them on a high.

Fair assessment, I think I just want derby to fail but I like Paul Warne.

Apparently, he hasn't actually been sacked. He has been told he is no longer in charge and is retained to the coaching staff. Crazy.
