True but hasn’t been on since first super Sunday. They built it up as if he was gonna be on as much as Neville and carragher but I guess not. Imagine he will be on next week.

I think the fact the match was Chelsea v Liverpool will have played a part in him getting picked for it as he played for both clubs.

They had Shay Given and Andros Townsend today because both played for Newcastle.

Last week they had Ashley Cole who played for Chelsea, Izzy Christiansen played for Everton and Jamie Redknapp spoils my theory as he didn't play for any of the 4 PL teams that Sunday.

Definetly, they built him up as if he was gonna be regular. He’s appeared once. Walcott and Townsend been on a lot since then and they were never built up as the new pundit. Very strange.
