Daily Mail headline I actually agree with

The mail have been whipping up this hate for years and years and years. It's a bit rich of them to suddenly climb on their high horse.
It is excruciating, their sudden U-turn on all the rhetoric and dumb headlines they've fuelled the British public with over the past two decades or so, the climax of which they all knew full well what would come of it

Watching the paper's owner try to defend their rag on GMB the other day was incredible. There was an MP who blamed his paper being among many of the reasons a large swath of British people are effectively brainwashed and this is where we have ended up, he is sitting there pretending to condemn the lot of it but you know deep down he actually couldn't give the slightest fk

I mean how could you, it's made you very wealthy peddling this kind of thing, and I suppose you live in a very nice house.. nowhere near the places affected where people have to live in terror, be intimidated and there is no way I can see this ending peacefully, even if it does the usual loud mouths will be onto the next one and people will be back on the streets again

This isn't the end of it. Just makes me radged that most of the folk I saw wishing the protesters well and egging them on were sat on sunbeds getting a tan in Ibiza far, far away from it ,,, F***ing chickenhawk ... some way to show your true Patriotism!! Floating about in your pool a thousand miles away, sipping a white Russian while your country burns

Most of them are absolute sh1thouse fannies.

Trying to distance themselves, from the hate they helped create, they are horrible, don't be fooled..
They're up against the wall.
This ☝️

They're going into damage limitation, knowing they are in a compromising position, both morally and (potentially) legally.

I suspect the government will seek to react to hate speech, individually, collectively and institutionally and the mainstream media wll be a central plank to that review.

This mornings front pages were really encouraging.
The outlier was The Telegraph

‘Britain Shuts Up Shop Over Riots Threat’

Musk will be pleased with that

agreed the far right made it's play to destabilise the government and win more sympathy.....it backfired. They have over estimated their support and are realising that Starmer won't roll over and that consequences are on the horizon.

It IS damage limitation, and if Max Clifford wasn't a dead sex offender then he would all over our screens explaining how Little Tommy Robinson, Nigel Farage and Lee Anderson are the real victims of the last week of violence.
