Not sure whether you would class this as folk or country and I'm not even sure what the difference is. Americana/country whats the difference there. Anyway it superb. Joan Baez sister with an equally stunning voice.

Like most forms of music but Country is one I struggle with, can never get into it, I've tried and failed a good few times
 
Thanks to this thread I'm now listening to "Pageant material "

Oh and shout out to Carrie Underwood. What a voice she has. Love the duet she did with Brad Paisley "remind me". He did that at country to country a few years ago. Sadly Carrie wasn't there but he did a "facetime" call so they could duet. Speaking of paisley is a bit generic but he can really pay and his live shows are excellent.

Eric Church! Another one a missed thanks to last year's country 2 country cancellation. Love the story about him getting kicked off a tour (think it was Rascals flatts) and some relative unknown called Taylor Swift had to fill in with her first arena shows. Whatever happened to her?

Laura Cortese and the Dance Cards. Was due to see them last August at the Georgian theatre Richmond. Check them out you won't regret it.
