Wtf was that?? So bad from Keita
You could interpret it that way, or you could interpret it as a double deflection as it was deflected off his knee by the deflection off the first Liverpool defender. It's not clearly wrong. Although any side would feel aggreved if it went against them. The Liverpool #3 clearly plays it back towards Benzema off his knee. The ball was going away from the goal before he played it. He might not have intended to play it back, but he clearly did, it wasn't a deflection, but it may have deflected off the goalie as well.
Clearly the VAR ruling was wrong.

Without VAR the linesman got it right. You could interpret it that way, or you could interpret it as a double deflection as it was deflected off his knee by the deflection off the first Liverpool defender. It's not clearly wrong. Although any side would feel aggreved if it went against them.
Liverpool have played the prettier football (for the most part).I think Liverpool have been the better team...
Is winning the League and FA Cup seen as a failure in Liverpool's eyes after what was on offer at one point?I think Liverpool have been the better team, but this defeat is making the bizarre decision to give Klopp Premier League Manager of the Season look even weirder.
It was blatantly done because of the cup results, and they've blown the biggest one whilst slipping up in the league.
