Casemiro to Man U

Definitely too expensive, but I think he's a great buy for them tactically.
I've only watched the highlights on MOTD, but CDM is clearly a problem position with Fred and McTominay.

The players United have been linked with just this week have been hysterical. Rabiot, Arnautovic, Vardy, Casemiro, some randoms from Ajax, 130m for Joao Felix, Pulisic, Alvaro Morata. WTF sort of strategy is that?!
 
Not sure if this will work, I mean Varane and Ronaldo have they worked out? I'd be half tempted to say Casemiro will come into this bracket.

Whatever happened to Man Utd buying from the PL? Fergie used to do it all the time and it worked like a charm, buying the cream of the crop for teams in the division, the examples would make a very long list.

One of many things about that club I just do not understand.
 
They should have went straight to Brighton after Caicedo ripped them apart and signed him. He's 20/21 years old and exactly the type of player they should be buying for both now and the future.
 
Probably two years too late.

I may be proven wrong but I can't see him being able to keep up with the pace of the PL and adjusting to it at this point in his career. Similar to Varane.
 
I think it could work, in that 30 these days for a footballer isn’t that old. He could easily play at a top level for another 3-4 years if his fitness is right. It also makes sense to Man Utd as they desperately need a midfielder to protect that defence. Would argue they’d still need another younger player to go alongside him as Fred and Mctominay aren’t good enough.
 
Man utd keep just spending ridiculous amounts of money on short term projects

Casemerio is a good player, but how long he will remain a good player at 30 in a demanding high tempo league he is not used to is debateable

Hes not world class

He will cost them 100 million with wages for 4 years with no resale value

The man utd model continues to be completely clueless and irresponsible
 
Not remotely interested in United's latest folly, significantly more intrigued to see this resulting in much more game time at Real for Camavinga.

Another Camavinga fan here. He's definitely one to watch this season. And frankly I can't see past Real for the title again.

Casimero is a quality holding midfielder. Miles better player than McTominay, who let's be honest is pretty ****.
