I agree.Actually think it was more an outpouring of delight that his team had delivered. Nothing else. Love the bloke!
and a Makem scoring the first goal for MiddlesbroughIt sounds slightly odd to think about, when you write it down it at least, haha. A Geordie guiding Middlesbrough to a win over Sunderland who are managed by someone from Middlesbrough.
Whose Dad was watching from the Boro end!and a Makem scoring the first goal for Middlesbrough
I thought that Greenwood getting that goal and the fact he'd (maybe surprisingly) picked him led to the reaction.and a Makem scoring the first goal for Middlesbrough
Exactly this, beating a team 4th in the league away from home is the first real sign we have turned a corner, he must be delighted after the start we hadActually think it was more an outpouring of delight that his team had delivered. Nothing else. Love the bloke!
I just wish we had Michael Carrick with Bryan Robson's money to spend.
We don't need any luck or favours from those above us, not with 102 points still to play for.when I noticed his celebration live I was buzzing too, shows you his heart is 100% in this and our patience in letting him work with what we brought in is hopefully starting to pay off
an unreal turnaround from where we were a few weeks back ... I honestly was worrying we'd give him the chop but we started winning in games many including myself had written off
delighted with the team, in particular Dieng and young Isiah, haven't stopped talking about him in recent weeks and how much he is improving, and today, just thought he was brilliant. 100% switched on.
let's hope maybe we get a bit of luck with results going our way above us and we can close in on that top six area ... still a long way to go
but what a lovely way to cap this run of games off before the break. I did not expect that at all
well done to Michael and 'The Boys' ... superb stuff ... think I am as happy about the consecutive clean sheets as I am about the points!!!
