He will know he has picked a great club to start managerial career. You would struggle to find a better chairman. I hope he stays for a few more years. UTB.
We have a good set of mostly championship level players.
Half way through the season and we still have a fair chance of the play offs despite losing the best player in the league last summer and not really replacing him.
If he can somehow set us up to get a draw at Stamford Bridge the big clubs will take notice.
But we should be massively compensated by whoever tempts him away from us.
Carrick has been brilliant for Boro since he got here. I personally think he gets the absolute the best out of this squad. It would be catastrophic we lost him. I think we are over achieving this season.

Agree with everyone. Definitely a good manager in the making with the attributes to manage a top club in the prem. Hopefully he will stay with us for a little while to hopefully get promoted and settled in the prem. Maybe wishful thinking but you never know.
