It's not just transfer fees it's more about wages these days . Iam sure they are paying top wages with thst dirty money too
 
Howe is doing a brilliant job, everywhere he goes he improves the players, that isn't just done with a cheque book.

Look at the improvement in Almiron this season, he's gone from being a joke figure to looking like one of the best
attacking players in the division.

I remember the thread on here about Howe when he'd lost his first few games and the consensus on here was that he's useless. I might have to dig it up again.
