...and that wasn't my point, it was an example. My point was that this South Korea side are worse than Iran (which people on here have declared a pub team). So it isn't a redundant point because people are used to seeing South Korea in the world cup but not Iran, people know Son is a great player so inflate the sides ability. But this isn't a good Korean side
 
Roy Keane really playing up to his role as footballs equivalent to Tucker Carlson in this tournament. The bloke will say anything to get a rise.

His footballing bad boy act is really wearing quite thin.

About time Keane is pensioned off to follow the likes of Keys, Gray and Ron Atkinson.
 
What on earth South Korea where thinking with that line i will never know. Trying to take Brazil on knowing how top heavy they are - South Korea made Brazil look better than they are. Dont get me wrong, they are great in attack with essentially a front 4. However, a top team will cause them lots of problems.

I agree. The worst thing for Brazil would be to believe the hype being bestowed upon them. They are a very good team but they are not unbeatable by a long shot, not that you would know that listening to most commentators and pundits.

Allison made 3 really good saves - keep it tight and you can beat these - I hate all the dancing - does my head in - save that for the final if they get there!

They're probably just concerned about their jolly party spirit crown being taken by the African teams' fans this year.

We could really ramp up the pressure on them by breaking into morris dancing, complete with bells on the knees, little sticks, the works, should we score?😃
