No difference with what? Again. It's not accpetable behaviour wherever it is. It's not me that's pretending anything. It's you that's suggesting it's just 'punch an judy'.There are bars at the football, there are betting kiosks at the football, the game is a full contact sport and coarse language is sometimes used.
It's not a PG setting. There is a difference between a chant and football related go betweens and one to one threats of violence. There is a difference, it is different.
One is part pantomime, part punch and judy.. out of context it is a criminal activity. Don't try and pretend there is no difference.
Can you not read? The bars and gambling kiosks that make the football a very adult environment. No difference with what? Again. It's not accpetable behaviour wherever it is. It's not me that's pretending anything. It's you that's suggesting it's just 'punch an judy'.
He did threaten violence, admitted it and got convicted. So why are you saying he didn't?
Jesus weptand 90% of rapists are men so we should arrest all men
They all pleaded guilty to charges they were presented with. They admitted to breaking the lawCan you not read? The bars and gambling kiosks that make the football a very adult environment.
CONTEXT - this guy didn’t just get out of bed and rock up to a complete stranger in town and threaten violence.
The reports differ for the different cases, this isn’t a one size fits all affair.
Vvanker signs - not violent
Chants & songs - not violent
Even responding to idiots who threaten violence with ‘c’mon then’ is not violence, inciting violence or otherwise. IN THE CONTEXT OF THESE INTERACTIONS
Shouldn’t have been charged, shouldn’t have went to court and I don’t agree with the outcome. They all pleaded guilty to charges they were presented with. They admitted to breaking the law
Well sounds likes it’s case closed then pc newyShouldn’t have been charged, shouldn’t have went to court and I don’t agree with the outcome.
It is, hopefully they are supported by the club to appeal.Well sounds likes it’s case closed then pc newy
They didn’t get charged on what they might do next, they got charged on their actions and prosecuted on such actionsHarry the what if scenario is what the police imagined they would have done next, but the fact remains they didn't. They have been arrested and singled out from plenty of others who have used exactly the same words purely from reputation.
It is, hopefully they are supported by the club to appeal.
shouting "You f****** little w****** come on" to rival fans should not result in an £800 fine & 3 month ban imo

A family zone.. as in not the entire stadium? If it's not for families what's the generation red family zone for?
And why is there some fella dancing around the pitch dressed as a lion before the game?
They serve beer at the cinema, guess that isn’t a family setting eitherA family zone.. as in not the entire stadium?
one lion.. how many bar staff? how many gambling kiosks?
Were all of the Derby fans taller than the accused? Because if not.. this whole case starts to fall apart!Yes, it should.
I wouldn’t expect children to be served at the bar or be allowed to see 18 rated movies. Do they have gambling kiosks in cinemas? Do they have more bars than food tills? Do they have gambling advertisements plastered all over and printed on all of the staff uniforms? NoThey serve beer at the cinema, guess that isn’t a family setting either
So what. Does having beer for sale and being able to have a bet mean you shouldn't act respectfully?A family zone.. as in not the entire stadium?
