Being honest what do you expect tomorrow - v Fulham

Nah you don’t drop your best defender against the best team in the league
That makes sense, but I understand Parmoboy's logic.
Mitrovic is not a top striker; he is no Kane or Ronaldo.

But he is a physical bully and Fry has struggled with that type of player, Lukaku being the most obvious recent example.
I think Fry has to play, in part to test him against that type of player and boost him.
It will be the key battle tomorrow night.

If Fry holds Mitrovic then I honestly think Middlesbrough will play well and win. Huddersfield and West Brom recently beat them and they snatched a late draw at Barnsley. They were also spanked at City.
Coventry hammered them and Blackpool beat them, Reading won at their place.
This is Fulham, who will be in a relegation battle next season, not some world beaters.

I honestly think we will win.

It's going to be a defining game - though not decisive.

If we win, We psychologically will fear nobody
Lose and we'll need to dig deep.

We shouldn't be afraid after beating MU, Spurs and competing with Chelsea - I think we'll draw

I think we will win too. But would have much less confidence without Fry. Bamba does well against physical players but he always has a Rick in him , it’s harsh cos in the main he’s been excellent but you can never one hundred percent trust him which is why he’s a good back up option and not a regular. If Fry can deal with Harry Kane he can deal with Mitrovic if he’s he’s at his best. I’m very confident we will win because I have trust in the eleven players Wilder picks.

Fulham were garbage in the Premier league last season and when they get promoted they'll get battered pretty much every week next season.

They aren't Man City so let's not build them up to be something that they're not. We beat a Spurs team this season who are levels about Fulham. Don't get me wrong they've proven to be the best team in our league but in a one off game in front of our own fans I expect us to give them a game and hope for a win.

Wilder's points per game extrapolated over the full season so far has us on 72 points.. still eight points behind Fulham but I dare say there was a period of adjustment, finding our feet and time for our new signings to settle in.

Conclusion: THE TABLE IS LYING

They're to by such a big margin for a reason, but comparing us game-by-game since CW arrived puts us closer to them than we maybe realise.

I expect a tough game, obviously, but I don't think it's a game we'll lose.
Jonny is right. Since CW took over, after the WBA game in November, we have taken 40 points from 21 games. Fulham have taken 42 points from 21 games. If Fry can keep Mitro quiet then we have a chance. (Looks like Fry was carrying an injury against Lukaku). Jones has been quiet lately. We need him on top form tomorrow. (y)

I don't really have any expectations either way in terms out outcome. They're the best side in the division but we've got a superb home record over the last few months. I could imagine a narrow win or a narrow defeat. Maybe a draw would be a fair bet. Wilder will be looking closely at how to limit the threat of Mitrovic. Whether that's being brave and playing a high line i'm not sure.

Listening to Chris wilder on the radio saying that they are going to win this league at a canter and I agree with him, so it’s going to be tough tomorrow.

What are your hopes and expectations tomorrow.
Put big sol in against mitrovic 🤷🏼‍♂️

You are Jonathan Woodgate and I claim my free set of burnt curtains.

After seeing Wilder’s pre match media conference, I will decide on the likely outcome once I have seen where the car park attendant has his head 🤣
