It isn't though. It's part of the pogrom. The government has conned you into thinking it's a burden, it isn't. It's a way of creating a bogeyman so they can get on with all their corruption and eroding our rights whilst you are distracted.
Let's be clear: There are no legal routes for a lot of these people to come here BUT, they do have a legal right to seek asylum here, ergo they are allowed to come here. I know the government has used the incorrect word "illegal" so many times that you have fallen for it but you don't have to. Simply this: The government COULD process asylum claims a lot quicker. It choses not to and therefore creates a "burden" of housing claimants. It then tells you that they are the problem.
Nail on head but for a large part of the population they stick their fingers in their ears and cover their eyes to the truth. The tens of billions of pounds wasted/fraudulently siphoned in recent years by this government would have supported those seeking asylum AND the homeless ex-military many times over.
