Have you watched the game? It’s yet another world class performance in a World Cup semi final. Commentary throughout has been balanced for me while acknowledging a great performance

I haven’t, and I’ll admit I can’t pass opinion on what’s been said tonight.

I just genuinely struggle to get past the commentary when one of these generational talents is playing and I’m not supporting one of the sides involved.
It’s the same during champions league games.

It doesn’t matter whether they produce something spectacular or not, it’s 90 minutes of talking about one player and over embellishing every touch they have.

It takes away from when they do play a blinder, as seems to be the case tonight.
