I never thought of it that way. He comes across as a comedy character a bit like the Wilkinson guy of 8 out of 10. His humour is always internalised.

Jimmy Carr covers this in one of his shows. He explains that it's not a free for all, there are rules. For example if you are black or asian, you can make racist jokes, if you are affected by disability then disability is fair game. With that in mind, 2 paedos walk into a park.....

I only ever had one spat with Adi I think (during the times I had no choice but to defend Sir Tony Pulis against all of you big bullies), and even though I won, we made friends pretty quickly after. 
I’d be interested to hear his views on Council Skies as much as anything. He was a proper fan like me.

OTM was full of **** from day one. I'd not be at all surprised if he's behind one or two of the "new member" accounts that go downhill very quickly. Adi IS a good poster. I say is because he’s almost certainly still posting but just under a different username. There, those are my thoughts and you can bank them wherever you like. But I’m pretty much certain he’ll still be scouting about on this board.

I've known Adi in real life for a while and he's a smashing bloke.
I've noticed that the people who think he's been antagonistic largely overlap with the people I end up in prolonged arguments with - mainly, I think, because we view the point of the debate differently.
It's often evidence vs opinion which would be walked away from in real life. If you're idly tapping away while watching the footy you tend to stick at it longer.
Also, a lot of debate (in any medium) would be much shorter if definitions were agreed up front - especially where that definition has changed over time (e.g. what political positions equate to "centrism" as one that crops up regularly).
