I wonder where Creasey got the Sunderland analogy from, unless she is originally from the North East
Stella Creasy is my favourite MP.
How many other MP's have even heard of The Wedding Present, let alone wrote the sleeve notes for one of their albums?
Cracking christmas playlist here too.

She has just become my favourite MP as well. Never seen that before but anybody who loves The Wedding Present is ok in my book.
Always liked her this just moves her to the top of my list. As you said Lefty the playlist is good as well. To be honest she could have made her way to the TOTP's just by including Tracey Thorn and Joni Mitchell but FFS she had Tellison in there as well.
I follow her on Twitter and I've had some lovely exchanges over the last few years. I remember she made a comment about one of the irritating Tory Brexit MP's, can't remember if it was Boris, Mogg, Francois or Fabricant and I tweeted 'are you saying everyone thinks he looks daft'? and she back.
She also thanked Weddoes fans for helping to keep her going during some of the long excruciating brexit debates and turmoil in Parliament with their tweets.

Andy Burnham seems to have some good taste too.
'Former Culture Secretary Andy Burnham declared The Stone Roses 1989 debut “the best album ever” when he penned an essay to accompany the record’s 20th anniversary re-release in 2009. '
And here is Burnham and Creasy giving David Gedge a tour of Parliament.

As much as I like Burnham I suspect he’s have picked a different band if he was Mayor of Liverpool. They’d still be a good one mind
Seems to me that they've replaced the imaginary thing they were complaining about with reality. How did you manage to bring Brexit into this?
So useless he came second in a one horse raceYet another failure for Grayling. He's just useless isn't he?

Why not bring up Covid? Or the Austerity?
There was a referendum, the outcome was we leave the EC, as Tony Benn, Scargill and Corbyn shouted for
The referendum was advisory and so didn't require a supermajority, however the minute the result was announced it was pounced upon as the final decision. You probably know all this though because it's been discussed many times on here. Why not bring up Covid? Or the Austerity?

He probably knows it and is quite happy to ignore it. Obviously getting worried it will not deliver what he expected. The referendum was advisory and so didn't require a supermajority, however the minute the result was announced it was pounced upon as the final decision.
