You can see some of our first team squad who struggled for game getting the hump if U23s get the nod over them. Spence, Wing, Coulson etc

Warnock absolutely loves the FA Cup - he talks it up all the time, perhaps your mate at Sheff U may not be old enough to remember the year he took Sheff U to semi finals in the league cup and FA Cup, only to lose them both. But he really loves the FA Cup talking about it as the best cup competition in the world.

The say, ‘success breeds success’ so a cup run would be great, particularly if it’s the youngsters getting us through the first round. However, if it’s choice between a cup run or a play-off place, I know which one I would prefer and I am absolutely certain the NW feels the same. Let’s just hope we play well and we some real talent coming through UTB.
