As soon as I log into Juninho10 - this website doesn't load at all... honestly it takes ages it even post a message, I also get error messages like "Oops! We ran into some problems. " - it's a feature of the Xenforo Forum software to limit a posters use - It's called a "Permaban" - how long that will last for.... I don't know as @rob_fmttm hasn't communicated anything to me, no warnings, nothing - a bit like North Korea

As soon as I log out of the account, BAM the website works totally fine

Bit of a tangent but apparently Kyle isn't quite as big a nob as he comes across. I know someone who worked on the show. Still arrogant and a bit of a narcissist (and the show was ethically very dodgy) but treated the backroom staff pretty well, had a laugh with them, could take a joke and paid for the Christmas do and stuff.

Much better to work for than some other celebs with "nice guy" personas apparently.

Well it's either I'm re-instated or at least told how long the 'ban' will last? I mean I think that's fair ....

Otherwise if it's a permanent limit / ban - I want my £35 back for the player sponsorship - seeing as I can't participate at the moment - if we need to go to a Small Claims Court for that I will, I don't want too - but as there's ZERO response from @rob_fmttm - it's not leaving much options

I have NO warnings for any messages I have posted - at this moment in time £35 has been stolen from me
 
Good luck with your claim I think the fee is £35 unfortunately I don’t think you get that back even it you win but it will be a nice day out at court. You may see DT at court trying to get some form of injunctive relief.

It's £25 fee and the other side would have to pay that when I win - so basically it would be £35 + £25

LIKE I SAID - I don't want to go that route.. but I will, it's a matter of principle, it's not about the money - you don't sponsor a player as part of a forum and then be limited without any warning

Have you maybe thought it might be to give you pause and time to think about it?
If you really are this intelligent, wealthy, business leader do you think the amount of time you've spent and posts you've made these last few days is commensurate with someone so busy?
 
We look forward to hearing about your adventures in the civil court it will make DT’s look irrelevant in comparison. The ironic thing his court adventures won’t be about principles.

I would of 100% accepted that - If I had been informed of doing something wrong / not allowed - to have zero communication and to pledge money as part of a forum, then to be literally banned WITHOUT any messages or warnings, isn't ideal - and that's hard to argue against.

but yeah I will go away now and probably kill myself - seen as that is what everyone wants. cheers, bye
 
I don't get what the problem is meant to be. You've commented on this thread 4 times in the last hour so you clearly aren't banned? And even if you were what would the connection to the player sponsorship be? Rob didn't organise that.

For someone who's "banned" you don't half post a lot.
I don't think anyone has wished you harm, certainly not on the threads I've read, but then again I doubt I've read anything near to a quarter of your contributions these past few days, what with me working for a living.

To be fair, someone with a total net worth of £8 Million doesn't HAVE to work. so that part of the story checks out. I just can't understand why people would wish to brag about it in the first place mind.

Also it's a bizarre thing, almost Trumpian, to use a social media platform to complain about being banned from the very same platform. Such a blatant lie you wonder about the mind that made it.

He has already explained how his account limited. Clearly has some tech insight ad hes the first poster to explain how it works. He not banned just restricted account which makes using the forum alot more difficult
